Branding a property software start up out

Spek Technologies is a property software start up based in Brisbane who have set out to revolutionise the way landlords and agents exchange property reporting information. Tired of doing this the traditional way, the team at Spek developed the idea to create a streamlined product that can disrupt the traditional methods of reporting and provide real time information and insights to clients.

We were engaged by Spek very early in the ideation of the product and tasked with creating an ambitious new brand. Working in collaboration with the team, we shaped the brand’s visual direction across multiple applications which has been designed to reflect Spek’s purpose, which is to empower property decisions.

The logo represents the idea of ‘unlocking’ information for tenants and landlords. Throughout the process we developed the brand identity, business collateral and a coherent set of brand guidelines to assist the team at Spek whilst they pilot their software and app.

Since its inception, Spek has gained significant interest and investment from the market and we are truly proud to have played a pivotal role in this.
