When local Canberra accounting firm MGI Joyce | Dickson approached Knight Studio for a creative campaign for their recruitment needs, we couldn’t have been more excited! We combined the forces of the Knight Studio Creative (Logan) and the Accountant (Christina) to craft a campaign with a goal of achieving increased awareness of MGI Joyce | Dickson as an employer of choice.

Our work commenced with a staff workshop and it was quite easy to see why MGI Joyce | Dickson would be an employer of choice. Running for 20 years strong, MGI Joyce | Dickson boasted a very happy room of employees who were thriving on the culture of support, learning, development, growth and plenty of fun! It is a place where work can be enjoyed. We do, on average, spend one third of our life at work, so it is quite important that we ‘enjoy work life’.

Subsequent to the recruitment campaign was an opportunity to create a logo identity for the 20-year anniversary of the firm. ‘20 years of your success’.
